Purpose & objectives
Météo et Climat understands itself as a forum for communication, exchange and debates.
Main activities:
- Météo et Climat organises exhibitions and conferences.
- Météo et Climat grants awards for primary schools and for young scientists.
- Météo et Climat publishes the scientific journal «La Météorologie» and informs its members regularly through a newsletter «Météo et Climat Info» where it gives information on the other European meteorological societies and articles on Climate and atmospheric matters.
- Météo et Climat organises the annual International Weather and Climate Forum to discuss climate communication.
- Forum for discussion on topical issues on the Météo et Climat website.
