General Assembly
The main body of the Society is the General Assembly of representatives of the Member Societies. It convenes at least once a year and decides on constitutional and financial matters of the Society, hears the report of the Council and the statement of the Society’s auditor. Ten Members constitute a quorum. All Associate Members are eligible to attend the General Assembly as observer.
The 27th EMS General Assembly was held on 7 September 2025, on the eve of the EMS Annual Meeting 2025 in Ljubljana. Minutes of the Assembly session are now available.
