General Assembly

The main body of the Society is the General Assembly of representatives of the Member Societies. It convenes at least once a year and decides on constitutional and financial matters of the Society, hears the report of the Council and the statement of the Society’s auditor. Ten Members constitute a quorum. All Associate Members are eligible to attend the General Assembly as observer.

Rules of Procedure for General Assemblies

The 14th EMS General Assembly will convene on 9 September 2012 in Lodz, Poland.
