Closing date is 26 June 2021
The Royal Meteorological Society (RMetS) has launched its Weather Photographer of the Year 2021. The competition in association with AccuWeather is free to enter.
Whether a professional photographer or an amateur, @RMetS and @Accuweather are seeking images that showcase the sometimes dramatic and always fascinating story and impact of weather. Share your weather photos for a chance to win. Enter and find out more at photocrowd.com/wpoty
Submissions are invited across three categories:
- Weather Photographer of the Year
- Young Weather Photographer of the Year
- Weather Photographer of the Year (Mobile Phone)
Professional and amateur photographers, regardless of their experience or use of the latest photographic equipment or a simple smartphone, are invited to participate in the RMetS’ annual competition, exclusively featuring photos of weather. Weather is consistently on people’s minds because it impacts so much of our daily lives. It also lends itself fantastically to photography.
