Leonardo to acquire weather radar specialist Enterprise Electronics Corporation

Leonardo has signed an agreement, through its subsidiary Leonardo US Corporation, to acquire Enterprise Electronics Corporation (EEC), a US-based developer and manufacturer of weather radar systems and satellite receiving stations.
