General Assembly

 

The main body of the Society is the General Assembly of representatives of the Member Societies. It convenes at least once a year and decides on constitutional and financial matters of the Society, hears the report of the Council and the statement of the Society’s auditor. Ten Members constitute a quorum. All Associate Members are eligible to attend the General Assembly as observer.

The 25th EMS General Assembly was held on 3 September 2023 in connection with the EMS Annual Meeting 2023 in Bratislava; the adopted minutes are now available.

  • The 52nd EMS Council Session will convene on 26 & 27 March 2024 in Reading, and
  • the 26th EMS General Assembly (GA26) will be held on Sunday, 1 September 2024 in Barcelona.
