Abstract
This international symposium will examine the expected impacts of climate change in urban areas, particularly in terms of heat islands and flooding, and the possible solutions for adapting to them. Discussions will also look at how cities can help to limit climate change by reducing the carbon footprint of their residents and their activities, in particular through changes in mobility and urban planning. Finally, the day will look at the links between urban pollution and climate change and the possible synergies in the implementation of solutions.
Registration will open 3 March 2025.
