EMS Webinar: Academic careers throughout Europe

The webinar will feature a panel discussion with researchers from European countries of different age, different home countries, and at different stages of their careers who have moved around Europe (and beyond), such that they are able to compare different academic systems, living conditions, salary and career opportunities:
- Postdocs Fulden Batibeniz from the University of Bern, and Emanuele Silvio Gentile from the National Centre for Atmospheric Science, Reading
- Assistant Professor Nikolina Ban from the University of Innsbruck
- Professor Javier Garcia-Serrano from the University of Barcelona
The panel discussion will be moderated by Julia Thomas, scientist at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), Institute of Meteorology and Climate Research Troposphere Research (IMKTRO).
