37th Conference on Hurricanes and Tropical Meteorology
The 37th Conference on Hurricanes and Tropical Meteorology will take place as a hybrid meeting. This allows for attendees and presenters to have option to attend in-person in San Diego, CA or attend the meeting virtually.
The 37th Conference on Hurricanes and Tropical Meteorology will bring together scientists, students, forecasters, and program managers working across the spectrum of tropical meteorology. The mission is to promote the exchange of cutting-edge research, operational insights, and emerging technologies that advance understanding and prediction of tropical weather and climate phenomena, from tropical cyclones and large-scale waves to convection and air-sea interactions.
This year it is aimed to foster greater integration between communities traditionally focused on tropical cyclones and those investigating tropical convection, variability, and climate-scale processes.
