The EMS Tromp Award 2017 was presented to Stéphanie Horion, Assistant professor at the Dept. of Geosciences and Natural Resource Management, University of Copenhagen, Denmark, nominated with the paper: Revealing turning points in ecosystem functioning over the Northern Eurasian agricultural frontier, published in April 2016 in Global Change Biology: http://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1111/gcb.13267/abstract

Stéphanie could not be in Dublin to receive the award but provided a video message that was played at the awards session. She delivered her award presentation in the Session on Agrometeorology life via the Internet.
