You are invited to check out the many award opportunities, from support for early career scientists, to prestigious awards like the Harry Otten Prize, the Tromp Award or the EMS Media Awards. Deadlines: 28 February: S. Zilitinkevich Award 2025 10 March: Harry Otten Prize 2025 14 March: EMS2025 conference awards 14 April: EMS2025 Tromp travel awards 16 April: EMS Young Scientist Award 2025 30 April: EMS Tromp Award 2025 15 May: All three EMS Media Awards

- RMetS Annual Weather and Climate Conference, 2–4 July 2025, Manchester - Call for papers extension until today 21 February!
- the MeteoXchange online conference for young scientists, free to attend, 10-11 April: registration until 28 March
- COMECAP2025 - International Conference on Meteorology, Climatology, and Atmospheric Physics, Nicosia, 29 Sept-1 Oct 2025 (hybrid): submission deadline is 25 March
- ECSS2025 - European Conference on Severe Storms, Utrecht, 17-21 November 2025: abstract submission until 6 June

The EMS Webinar series continued with the panel on 25 years EMS, an interesting event; if you missed it, the recording is available on YT.
