Hello everyone,
the EMS-message is back with a variety of interesting articles: Sylvain Joffre, chair of the Committee on Meetings reflects on the changes in EMS and the scientific community over the years. Various awards are presented in different the categories: Young Scientist, Technology and Silver Medal for outstanding contributions. A special focus in this edition is on climate change, from different points of view: understanding past changes to better understand the future, the engagement of governments in climate action and policy through an exciting exercise lead by students, and a key aspect - communication with the public - from the Finnish Met Service.
