8 March is International Women’s Day and many organisations in the meteorological and climatological field organise events to mark the day and discuss ways to facilitate accessibility, inclusion and diversity in sciences.

On 8 March at 5:00 pm (ET) the AMS Board on Representation, Accessibility, Inclusion, and Diversity (BRAID) and the Earth Sciences Women Network (ESWN) will cosponsor a virtual event featuring keynote speaker Dr. Kandis Boyd.
