- Young Scientist Award - Annual award to acknowledge excellence in young scientists
- Young Scientist Travel Award - Support for the participation of outstanding students and young scientists at EMS-sponsored conferences
- Broadcast Meteorologist Award - Annual award to acknowledge life achievements of outstanding broadcast meteorologists
- TV weather forecast Award - Annual award to acknowledge best practice in communication of meteorology
