The community is invited to play an active part in the shaping of the programme. New sessions and conveners can be suggested based on the present Skeleton Programme at http://meetingorganizer.copernicus.org/EMS2018/provisionalprogramme
The public Call-for-Session-Proposals will be open until 4 January 2018. Following this, the Programme and Science Committee members will compile the final Session Programme as the basis for the Call-for-abstracts.

The session programme is organised in three programme streams:
- Engagement with Society (ES)
- Operational Systems and Applications (OSA)
- Understanding Weather & Climate Processes (UP)

Information about training workshops will become available in January.
Exhibition and sponsorship opportunities
Opportunities for manufacturers, publishers, service providers, and other organisations to book exhibition space to demonstrate their latest developments to the conference participants are available at https://www.ems2018.eu/EMS2018-exhibition-and-sponsorship-info.pdf .
Facilities will be available for groups wishing to hold side meetings. An online side meeting request form will be available in February.
