Award Announcements
EMS Silver Medal 2010
This award is presented annually to a person that has made distinguished contributions to the development of meteorology in Europe. EMS Member Societies and EMS Associate Members are invited to make nominations for the EMS Silver Medal 2010. Nominations must be accompanied by the following information about the nominee:
A short curriculum vitae
A statement about achievements and contributions to the development
of meteorology in Europe (one A4 page).
Nominations must be sent in electronic form to awardapplication@emetsoc.org.
